Exclaim! streams upcoming Dany Laj and The Looks album ‘Word On The Street’
“Montreal-based pop-rockin’ unit Dany Laj and the Looks are set to unveiled their latest LP Word on the Street next week, but Exclaim! is streaming it in its entirety a week early”.
Last summer I had the pleasure to record an album while playing in Dany Laj and The Looks. We headed to Toronto to lay down a great batch of new and old tunes that best represented the band. It was a great couple of days that were some of the best ones that I’ve had in or out of a studio.
My great thanks to all that were involved and you better check this album out!!! Its a killer batch of tracks!

On the road with Paul Cargnello!!
Hey folks!!!!
Day two on the road with Paul Cargnello. I’ll be posting some short “blogs” on how things are going. Last night we played a great show in one of the best record shops I’ve been in for awhile called Le Knockout and they sure did treat us well. I got some great 45’s as well as a limited edition blue vinyl Paul Collins record called The King Of Power Pop.
Today we head out to Chicoutimi to play Le Sous Bois. More to come from the tour as we travel about in our 2 man sonic army!!!!
On a side note: Paul has now started referring to me as “Lucky” Lewis Handford. The polls are noe open to see who’s into it.
