0 Debut video nearing 3000 youtube views in 2 days!!!
A great band I am in, CerAmony, has debuted our first official video for a great anthemic rock song called “Looks Like Change(To Me)” and we have gotten close to 3000 views. By the time you read this we hope to have surpassed that mark. We are all hoping to hit the 5000 mark by weeks end. Ya gotta dream right?
Here is the video for everyone to watch: Looks Like Change (To Me)
This is a great start to a very interesting time for the band. In just under a week we will be gracing the stage at Montreals Bell Centre, home of the Habs, for a great show in front of roughly 12,000 people. This will be the largest crowd I have had the pleasure of playing in front of and consequently will also be the biggest room I have ever played.
You can find out more about the show by clicking here: L’Heure Des Enfants.
We have just added my most favourite bass player, Shian Ramjohn, to the lineup and the gravity he adds to the live show is astounding!! You have to hear him (and see his amazing skill) to really know how great he is. Welcome o the team Shi!!
More news and tour videos to follow as it happens.

0 Back in Montreal!!
So I arrived back home last week and got straight to work.
I had some things to prep for that needed some work such as a great little session here in Montreal. It is for an aspiring singer by the name of Jamey Barron. Like I mentioned in my last blog; it’s sort of an Orbison/ Crazy Horse vibe. I laid the drum tracks in the studios live room with my most favorite bass player Shian Ramjohn with Jamey playing guitar, harmonica, and singing. It went quickly and we got all 9 tunes laid in 2 days.
I will be adding some percussion this Sunday and the rest of the instruments should be added in the next month. I’m looking forward to hearing the final product.
I am also getting set for an upcoming launch with Laurel Jackson on September 17th at O Patros Vys located at 356 Avenue du Mont-Royal East in Montreal.
She is a local singer based in NDG and she will be launching her first EP “In The Skin”. We had our first rehearsal last night and it went great!
The rest of the month has me spending a whole bunch of time with my son Cash, getting the tunes up and running with Exit 451, planning a November tour with The Jimmyriggers, and finishing the demo for The Marshalls. I may even be able to get my jazz quartet going.
Jasmine has headed off to Hamilton and Toronto for the next 5 days as Ladies Of The Canyon has been nominated for a CCMA(Canadian Country Music Award). Wish em luck!
If any of you are going to be out and about this Saturday; come on down to Le St. Ciboire at 1693 Rue Saint-Denis for a great show. I am playing with Satori. We are a pop trio and are doing an hours set at 10:00. Bring your friends!
Thanks for readin!

0 Hitting the road again!
Hey all.
So the paperwork is done, just a few things left to get sorted, and then I hit the road with Ladies Of The Canyon again.
This will be the last big tour of the year with jasmines band and then things will mellow out as far as LOTC goes.
I do however have some great things coming up in the late summer and fall. I am doing a great little session at Bank Studios in Verdun for a very talented songwriter by the name of Jamey Barron. It is a Crazy Horse/Orbison vibe that should prove to be a really fun session.
I am also starting rehearsals for a great pop band by the name of Exit 451. We are looking at some great possibilities including heading down to NYC for a week. Either way there will be some great shows coming up with them.
I have a Satori show in September and I should be booking The Marshalls as the demo will be finished very soon.
Stay tuned as well for more Jimmyriggers shows as well as we have a great fall lined up for us!
Thanks for reading everyone!
